In 2021, I was pregnant with my second child and experiencing a lot of discomfort and ligament pain. Towards the final trimester, baby was also transverse so I started exploring options to alleviate the pain and possibly help get this baby in the right position for birth. I worked closely with Dr. Chung who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We talked through my goals and what I felt comfortable doing. She suggested a number of exercises and walked me through each exercise, not only demonstrating but also guiding me through it as well. She was calm and reassuring, which was something I really needed navigating the last month of pregnancy. After our initial session, she continued to check in and follow up. I really appreciated the attentiveness and follow through. Dr. Chung goes above and beyond with each individual she works with and I’m thankful for her support during my pregnancy.

I’ve been working with Kyle for about 4 months and he is excellent! His enthusiasm for fitness and athletic performance is contagious. It’s clear that he spends a lot of time up front tailoring each persons regimen to fit their specific fitness goals. Highly recommend!!

I've been training at Aer for a few months, and it's been unreal. Through their tailored program I've seen real progress, am more attuned to my body and generally feel better over all. Having a private gym for sessions provides a pace and focus that is unmatched, but what really makes it special are Kyle and Peter. Each session, Kyle and Peter make me work hard and laugh. Their passion and supportive atmosphere have truly made a difference.

PJ and Kyle are amazing trainers, it is hard to overstate how much better I feel now relative to what I felt a year ago before I started training with them. I was fairly active, and went frequently to the gym, but it makes huge a difference working out with them. They are super knowledgeable, extremely nice and welcoming, and really push you to your limit. If you are reading the reviews because you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation.

Love working out at PJ TRAINS! The gym is really nice - clean, well-equipped, and has a great vibe. Peter is an awesome trainer - super encouraging, professional, and flexible with my time. Really makes each session enjoyable and effective!

Was delighted to write this review after hearing Kyle would be opening a place on Newbury St. I have surpassed so many of my strength and mobility goals through his programming. He also worked with me on my posture, which suffers due to my job. He has the best in mind for his clients and I’ll be sure to keep coming to Kyle!

Really enjoyed my personal training experience with Kyle! He quickly made me feel comfortable and confident in the gym and gave feedback and cues that helped my form. I would definitely recommend him if you're a beginner or have basic knowledge looking to advance!

I highly recommend anyone looking for one-on-one training to work with Kyle! He is incredibly supportive yet still challenges me to perform at my best. Additionally, the space on Newbury is so great and all the Eleiko equipment high-quality and well-maintained. Whether you're new to the fitness world or looking to get back into it, I could not recommend Kyle enough.
